Zoubida Barik Edidi

Graduate in Public Law from the Faculty of Economic and Social and Legal Sciences, Rabat-Agdal. Graduate in Law from the Carlos III Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences in Madrid Spain. Registered as a practicing lawyer since January 2009. Master of Law Practice at the Carlos III University of Madrid, a Master of Legal Consulting Carlos III of Madrid and a Master of the International Business ICAM Study Center. She has also obtained different course titles from the Illustrious College of Law of Madrid, in civil matters, immigration matters and arbitration. Co-president of the Hispanic-Arab section of ICAM.

Miguel Crespo Rodriguez

Graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. He is currently a partner in the law firm Monedero Gil & Crespo and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the listed company Amper SA. He had been Secretary General and of the Board of Directors of BANKIA, Banco BFA, ALTAE Banco and Caja Madrid. Previously, he was Member-Secretary of the Advisory Board and the Management Committee of ING DIRECT Spain. He performed the role of general secretary and risks of ING Direct España (VP of ING DIRECT N.V. Branch of Spain for Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Money Laundering and Operational and IT and Credit Risk Management). In the public sector, he held the position of Undersecretary of Economy, having served as a member of the Government Delegate Commission for Economic Affairs. He was President of the working Group created to undertake and coordinate the introduction of the Euro in the public sector. In the public administration he had also been a member of the board of directors of different public or investee companies. Currently, he is a member of different institutions and arbitration courts and author of different books and legal publications.
